ARTRONYX Return & Replacement Policy

At ARTRONYX, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, our return and replacement policy is here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

• Time Frame: You can return most products within 7 days of receipt.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories.
• Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as personalized products or digital downloads, cannot be returned.

2. Return Process

1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@artronyx.com to initiate a return. Include your order number and reason for the return.
2. Product Unboxing Video: To process your return, please provide a video of the unboxing. This video should clearly show the condition of the item upon receipt.
3. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request and video, we will send you a return authorization and further instructions.

3. Shipping Returns

• Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Replacement Policy

• Defective or Damaged Items: If your item is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
• Return Required: A product unboxing video is also required for defective or damaged items to ensure proper handling of your claim.

5. Replacement Processing

• Processing Time: Once we receive your return, it may take up to 5 business days to process your replacement. We will send the replacement to you as soon as possible.
• Partial Replacements: Items returned in used condition or without original packaging may be subject to evaluation for replacement eligibility.
