Pre-Order Policy

ARTRONYX — Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

Effective: 15th Nov, 2025

These Pre-Order Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all pre-order purchases placed with ARTRONYX (website: artronyx.com). By placing a pre-order, you agree to these Terms. Please read carefully.

1. Scope

These Terms apply to all products listed as “Pre-Order” on our website, social pages, or offline channels.
A pre-order means the product is not yet in regular stock and will be supplied once ARTRONYX receives inventory from the supplier/manufacturer.

2. Advance / Booking Payment (Pre-payment) Policy

To secure a pre-order reservation, ARTRONYX requires a non-refundable advance payment based on the retail price:

  • ৳500 advance — products priced over ৳10,000 and under ৳20,000

  • ৳1,000 advance — products priced ৳20,000 up to < ৳25,000

  • ৳2,000 advance — products priced ৳25,000 and above

Products priced ৳10,000 or below may be eligible for pre-order at ARTRONYX’s discretion; different advance rules may apply.

The required advance amount will always be shown on the product page and at checkout before you confirm the pre-order.

3. Non-Refundable but Transferable

  • The advance payment is non-refundable if you cancel the pre-order.

  • However, the advance may be converted to store credit for another product at ARTRONYX.

  • Store credit validity: 6 months from payment date

  • Store credit applies to product price only (shipping/tax excluded)

  • Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash

4. Order Confirmation & Reservation

After the advance is paid, ARTRONYX will confirm your reservation via email/WhatsApp.
Your unit is then reserved in the allocation queue.

The reservation remains valid until stock arrives (see Clause 6).

5. Final Payment & Order Completion

Once stock arrives:

  • ARTRONYX will notify you by SMS/WhatsApp/Email

  • You will have 48 hours to pay the remaining balance + shipping charges

If payment is not completed within 48 hours, ARTRONYX may:

  • Cancel the reservation and retain the advance, or

  • Offer the unit to the next customer in the queue

Extensions of up to 72 hours may be granted at ARTRONYX’s discretion.

6. Estimated Delivery Time

Typical pre-order lead time: 10–20 calendar days from advance payment.

Delivery time may vary due to:

  • Supplier delays

  • Customs clearance

  • International logistics

  • Public holidays

  • Force majeure events

ARTRONYX will notify customers of any major delays.

7. Price Changes

The advance payment secures your reservation, not always the final promotional price — unless stated otherwise on the product page.

If supplier/manufacturer costs change, ARTRONYX will inform you and provide options:

  • Accept new price

  • Convert advance to store credit

  • Cancel (see Clause 9 for refund terms)

8. Shipping, Taxes & Charges

  • Shipping charges and applicable VAT/taxes are not included in the advance.

  • Final shipping cost will be added when completing payment.

  • For imported items, any applicable duties must be borne by the customer.

9. Cancellations by Customer or ARTRONYX

Customer Cancellation

Advance is non-refundable.
You may convert the advance to store credit (Clause 3).

ARTRONYX Cancellation

If ARTRONYX is unable to supply the product due to:

  • Supplier cancellation

  • Discontinued model

  • Stock allocation issue

  • Import restrictions

You will be offered either:

  • Full refund, or

  • Alternative product / store credit (customer’s choice)

10. Warranty & Returns

All pre-order products come with the standard ARTRONYX warranty listed on their respective product pages.

Warranty and return coverage begin after delivery.

11. Product Specifications & Images

Images and specifications are provided by manufacturers.
Minor variations may occur. Major changes will be communicated before delivery.

12. Liability & Limitation

ARTRONYX is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from delays beyond reasonable control.

Total liability is limited to the advance amount paid.

13. Force Majeure

ARTRONYX is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond control, including:

  • Natural disasters

  • Supplier failure

  • Strikes

  • Government action

  • Fuel shortages

  • Pandemics

  • Transport disruptions

Customers will be updated promptly.

14. Order Modifications

Changes to a confirmed pre-order (color/model/variant) require ARTRONYX approval and may not be possible after allocation.

15. Communication & Notifications

All updates will be sent via the contact details you provided.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their contact information is accurate.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed under Bangladesh law.
Disputes will first be addressed through negotiation.
If unresolved, cases fall under Bangladesh court jurisdiction.

এই প্রি-অর্ডার টার্মস & কন্ডিশনস (“টার্মস”) ARTRONYX (ওয়েবসাইট: artronyx.com)-এ করা সব প্রি-অর্ডার ক্রয়ের ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য।
আপনি প্রি-অর্ডার করলে ধরে নেওয়া হবে আপনি এই শর্তগুলো পড়েছেন ও মেনে নিয়েছেন।

1. ক্ষেত্র (Scope)

এই শর্তগুলো আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট, ফেসবুক/ইনস্টাগ্রাম পেজ বা অফলাইন চ্যানেলে “Pre-Order” হিসেবে উল্লেখ করা সব পণ্যের জন্য প্রযোজ্য।
প্রি-অর্ডার মানে—পণ্যটি আমাদের নিয়মিত স্টকে নেই; সরবরাহকারী বা প্রস্তুতকারকের কাছ থেকে পণ্য আসলেই তা আপনাকে দেওয়া হবে।

2. অগ্রীম / বুকিং পেমেন্ট নীতি (Advance Payment Policy)

প্রি-অর্ডার কনফার্ম করে আপনার ইউনিট রিজার্ভ করতে নির্দিষ্ট অগ্রীম টাকা প্রদান করতে হবে।

অগ্রীমের পরিমাণ:

  • ৳10,000–এর বেশি এবং < ৳20,000 পণ্য: ৳500 অগ্রীম

  • ৳20,000 থেকে < ৳25,000 পণ্য: ৳1,000 অগ্রীম

  • ৳25,000 বা তার বেশি পণ্য: ৳2,000 অগ্রীম

৳10,000–এর নিচে কিছু পণ্যেও প্রি-অর্ডার নেওয়া হতে পারে → এসব ক্ষেত্রে অগ্রীম পরিমাণ পণ্যের পেইজে উল্লেখ থাকবে।

প্রয়োজনীয় অগ্রীমের পরিমাণ প্রি-অর্ডার করার আগে পণ্যের পেইজ ও চেকআউটে দেখানো থাকবে।

3. অগ্রীম টাকা ফেরতযোগ্য নয়, তবে ব্যবহারযোগ্য (Non-Refundable but Adjustable)

  • প্রি-অর্ডার বাতিল করলে অগ্রীম টাকা ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।

  • তবে এই অগ্রীম টাকাটি স্টোর ক্রেডিট হিসেবে অন্য যেকোনো পণ্য কেনার সময় ব্যবহার করা যাবে।

স্টোর ক্রেডিট নীতি:

  • মেয়াদ: অগ্রীম পেমেন্টের তারিখ থেকে ৬ মাস

  • শুধুমাত্র পণ্যের মূল্যের অংশে অ্যাডজাস্ট করা যাবে

  • ডেলিভারি চার্জ/ট্যাক্স আলাদা দিতে হবে

  • অন্য কারও কাছে ট্রান্সফার করা যাবে না

  • ক্যাশে রিডিম করা যাবে না

4. অর্ডার কনফার্মেশন ও রিজার্ভেশন

অগ্রীম পেমেন্ট পাওয়ার পর ARTRONYX WhatsApp/SMS/Email–এর মাধ্যমে আপনার প্রি-অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করবে এবং আপনার ইউনিট রিজার্ভ করবে।
এই রিজার্ভেশন পণ্য আসা পর্যন্ত কার্যকর থাকবে (ধারা ৬ দেখুন)।

5. ফাইনাল পেমেন্ট ও অর্ডার সম্পূর্ণকরণ

স্টক পৌঁছালে আমরা আপনাকে নোটিফাই করব। 

আপনি চাইলে একবার মাত্র, সর্বোচ্চ ৭২ ঘণ্টা অতিরিক্ত সময় চেয়ে নিতে পারেন — সম্পূর্ণ ARTRONYX–এর বিবেচনার ওপর নির্ভরশীল।

6. আনুমানিক ডেলিভারি সময়

প্রি-অর্ডার পণ্যের স্ট্যান্ডার্ড লিড টাইম:
১০–২০ কর্মদিবস (কনফার্মেশনের দিন থেকে)

এই সময় পরিবর্তন হতে পারে:

  • সরবরাহকারী বিলম্ব

  • কাস্টমস/ট্রানজিট বিলম্ব

  • সরকারি ছুটি

  • অনিবার্য পরিস্থিতি

এ ধরনের পরিবর্তন হলে যত দ্রুত সম্ভব জানানো হবে।

7. মূল্য পরিবর্তন (Price Changes)

অগ্রীম পেমেন্ট → রিজার্ভেশন ধরে রাখে, মূল্য স্থির করে না
(যদি না পণ্যের পেইজে “Pre-order price guaranteed” লেখা থাকে)

মূল্য পরিবর্তন হলে আপনি যেকোনোটি বেছে নিতে পারবেনঃ

  • নতুন মূল্য মেনে নিয়ে পার্থক্যের টাকা পরিশোধ

  • অগ্রীম টাকা স্টোর ক্রেডিটে নেওয়া

  • অথবা ধারা ৯ অনুযায়ী বাতিল (যেখানে প্রযোজ্য)

8. শিপিং, ট্যাক্স ও অন্যান্য চার্জ

অগ্রীম টাকার মধ্যে শিপিং চার্জ বা অতিরিক্ত ট্যাক্স অন্তর্ভুক্ত নয় — যদি না পণ্যের পেইজে আলাদা উল্লেখ থাকে।

9. বাতিলকরণ (Cancellation)

গ্রাহকের দ্বারা:

  • বাতিল করলে অগ্রীম টাকা ফেরত নয়

  • তবে স্টোর ক্রেডিট হিসেবে ব্যবহারযোগ্য (ধারা ৩)

ARTRONYX কর্তৃক:
যদি আমরা পণ্য সরবরাহ করতে না পারি (সরবরাহকারী সমস্যা/পণ্য বন্ধ ইত্যাদি), তাহলে আপনি বেছে নিতে পারবেনঃ

  • অগ্রীম টাকার সম্পূর্ণ ফেরত

  • অথবা সমমূল্যের অন্য পণ্য/স্টোর ক্রেডিট

10. ওয়ারেন্টি ও রিটার্ন নীতি

  • প্রি-অর্ডার পণ্যে পণ্যের পেইজে উল্লেখিত স্ট্যান্ডার্ড ARTRONYX ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য।

  • ওয়ারেন্টি/রিটার্ন নীতি পণ্য গ্রহণের দিন থেকে কার্যকর।

11. পণ্যের ছবি ও স্পেসিফিকেশন

  • ছবি ও স্পেসিফিকেশন প্রস্তুতকারক/সরবরাহকারীর প্রদানকৃত তথ্যের ওপর নির্ভরশীল।

  • বড় কোনো পরিবর্তন হলে আগে থেকে জানানো হবে।

12. দায় সীমাবদ্ধতা (Liability Limitations)

আমাদের নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরে থাকা পরিস্থিতিতে (প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ, সরবরাহ সমস্যা, ধর্মঘট, সরকারি নিষেধাজ্ঞা ইত্যাদি) কোনো পরোক্ষ ক্ষতির জন্য ARTRONYX দায়ী থাকবে না।

দায় সীমাবদ্ধ থাকবে শুধুমাত্র আপনার প্রদত্ত অগ্রীম টাকার পরিমাণ পর্যন্ত।

13. ফোর্স মাজর (Force Majeure)

প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ, পরিবহন ব্যাঘাত, সরকারি সিদ্ধান্ত, শিল্প আন্দোলনসহ যেসব পরিস্থিতিতে ARTRONYX-এর নিয়ন্ত্রণ নেই — এসব কারণে বিলম্ব বা ব্যর্থতার জন্য ARTRONYX দায়ী নয়।

14. অর্ডার পরিবর্তন

কনফার্মড প্রি-অর্ডারের (মডেল/রঙ/পরিমাণ) পরিবর্তন ARTRONYX–এর অনুমতি সাপেক্ষ।
স্টক বরাদ্দ হয়ে গেলে পরিবর্তন নাও করা যেতে পারে।

15. যোগাযোগ (Communication)

গ্রাহক যে মোবাইল নম্বর/ইমেইল/WhatsApp তথ্য প্রদান করবেন, সেই মাধ্যমেই সব যোগাযোগ করা হবে।
এসব তথ্য সঠিক ও সক্রিয় রাখা গ্রাহকের দায়িত্ব।

16. আইন ও বিরোধ নিষ্পত্তি

এই শর্তসমূহ বাংলাদেশ সরকারের বিদ্যমান আইন অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত।
যেকোনো বিরোধ প্রথমে আলোচনার মাধ্যমে সমাধান করা হবে। সমাধান না হলে বাংলাদেশের আদালত সিদ্ধান্ত দেবে।
